Example Rules
Exercise for 30 minutes every day
No social media before noon
Write 500 words daily
Bed before 10pm
Meditate every morning
Guidelines
- Be specific and measurable (quantify when possible)
- Make it daily if possible (consistency beats intensity)
- Keep it simple enough to remember easily
- Choose something meaningful to you
You can always change your rule later, but your streak will reset
